Making an appointment
Making an appointment is easy! Just follow these steps:
Call your insurance company to see if they require a doctor's prescription or a doctor's referral. Make sure you are aware of your copays and deductibles. Ask what diagnoses your plan will cover for speech services. Note: Do not assume that your insurance will cover speech services. Speech Center will hold you responsible for any costs your insurance plan does not cover!
Obtain any necessary referrals or authorizations your insurance requires from your primary doctor. Your doctor can fax documents here: 520-829-7743
Call Speech Center at 520-721-4544 to schedule an appointment.
Bring in any documents that pertain to your child's development, health, or speech to the appointment.
We require completed Registration and Child History forms. You will find all the forms on the REQUIRED FORMS tab above.
Please bring your insurance card to your appointment.

Directions: We are located in the Cambric office complex of River and Campbell in Tucson. Parking in the back of the 1760 building is easiest. Follow signs for Speech Center or look for “1760 West Entrance.” Our suite is down a hallway inside the 1760 building and can be accessed from the east or west ends of the hallway. Make sure you are on first floor!
